A busy morning of construction..........

This morning we set our learners a challenge of making something with wheels. 
After talking together about different things that have wheels, and how wheels help us, we had a go at choosing something to make.
We had to draw a plan of what we were going to make first, and then the fun began!!

Patterns

In Room 3 we have been learning about patterns.  Today we made repeating patterns using iceblock sticks.  Can you make a pattern at home?

There is a beehive in Room3!!!

The children have been very busy this week creating a beehive in Room 3.  Aren't they clever!!

Milo and Georgia are making a beehive for the bees.

Milo is guarding the baby bees.

Georgia and Hilary brought flowers to the beehive for the bees.

Milo, Georgia and Hilary made a sign for the beehive so that everyone knew what it was.  What clever sounding out!

Everyone wrote a story about our beehive at writing time.  Well done guys!
