Honey!

Mrs Waddington and I got a lovely surprise from Santiago today.

What do you think might be in this jar?

It's honey-yum yum.

Santiago is telling Mrs Waddington where the honey came from.

We enjoyed hearing about your beehives Santiago. Maybe you could take a photo of them to share with us!

We can't wait to taste this delicious looking honey, thank you so much for sharing it with us Santiago.

Story time........

Mrs Waddington is reading the story 'We're going on a Bear Hunt' so that these learners can retell the story using stick puppets and other props.

The characters are travelling through a snowstorm, a river, some long wavy grass and some squishy mud.

I wonder what they will find when they get to the cave?

He was later joined by Ui and Royston who turned their blocks into guitars-what a great band boys!

Dezire, Kalo and Santiago used the boards to make an obstacle course for balancing.

This is a fantastic challenge, great team work!

Welcome to road safety week.

Road Safety Week is about encouraging families to think about how they can help everyone have safe and active journeys to and from school.  Parking away from the school and walking in helps keep the area outside the school safer for students.  Walking, biking and scootering is a great way to add exercise into your week!  Please remember to use the crossings, it may take an extra minute or two but it is another way we can help you to stay safe.

More Play Based Learning fun at the play shed

Towers, trains, machines, thrones and much more!
