Fun with shapes!

Today in Maths a group of children were learning all about shapes. 

We were learning the shape names, and how many sides and corners they had.  

Then we made a shape picture.

Well done Mana!!  Today in Rimu Team Assembly Mana got a certificate because he has been trying super hard to learn to write his name.  Well done Mana we are VERY proud of you.

Awesome team work this afternoon during play based learning-there was lots of risk taking, negotiating and testing going on to do this 48 piece puzzle, and you did it together-well done team, we are proud of your efforts.
