We made it!

Thank you Room 2 for being totally awesome. You have all worked hard and had a great first year at school. 
Thank you also to Sarah for the yummy sushi and fruit sticks yesterday, we had a lovely picnic outside which was a lovely way to end the year.

Merry Christmas everyone and have a wonderful Summer. Don't forget to read read read and fill out those holiday reading logs!!

Our last fun Friday for the year........

We celebrated our last fun Friday by eating yummy waffles and making popcorn boxes(and popcorn to go in them!)

Popping bubbles!!

What a busy week Room 2 has had full of science fun!
This morning we used oil, water, food colouring and an alka-seltzer tablet to make a reaction. We saw bubbles 'dancing' in the cup!
A big thank you to Nanny Kim for coming in to help us with our experiment.

Today, Room 2 looked at another reaction!
We poured milk into a dish with some food colouring, and then added detergent into the bowl.
We then watched what happened...........

Room 2 make volcanoes in the sand pit!!

This morning we carried on with our bubbling and erupting by making volcanoes in the sand pit.  

We put baking soda and vinegar into the middle of our volcanoes to make the 'lava' bubble up and erupt.

A big thank you to our wonderful parent helpers Sarah and Ini for getting amongst the action in the sand pit!

We had so much fun!
