Holiday Reading Log

You will have found a reading holiday log in your child's book bag-they were sent home on Wednesday.
These reading logs are designed to help encourage your child to continue reading during the holidays.
As you read a book together, record the title and date on the reading log, and then bring the completed reading log back to school on the first day of term 4.

Those who return their reading log enjoy a visit from Fairy Judy, who brings a wee prize and certificate. There is also a prize for the class who brings back the most reading logs!

Your local library is a great place to find books at all levels, you can also enjoy reading your child's Duffy books that were sent home on Wednesday.

Reading can be done in many ways. You can read to your child, they can read to you, you can share books together, listen to  a story on line-but most of all, have fun and enjoy reading together.
HAPPY READING AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL  AFTER THE HOLIDAYS!
